Data protection

This declaration describes the processing of personal data carried out in connection with this website, in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection of 25 September 2020 (FADP, SR 235.1), in force since 1 September 2023.

Data processed

When you visit this website, our host records the technical data necessary to provide the service: IP address, date and time of the visit, pages viewed, browser type.

When you use the contact form, we process the fields you enter, together with the display language of the website, the address of the page from which you write and the date of sending.

When you telephone us, write to us or contact us via WhatsApp, we process the data that this channel transmits to us, including your telephone number.

This website processes no health data and displays no real patient data.

Purposes

The data is used to ensure the operation and security of the website, to answer your enquiries and, where applicable, to prepare a contractual relationship. It is neither sold nor commercially transferred.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool or third-party analytics service. Only two items are stored in your browser: the display language you have chosen (key "helvyca-lang"), so that the website can be presented to you in that language on your next visit, and, for the duration of your visit, the content of the contact form you are filling in, so that you do not have to enter it again if sending fails. Both of these items remain in your browser and are not transmitted to anyone.

Contact channels

You can reach us through the form described below, by e-mail (admin@helvyca.ch, mail service hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak), by telephone (+41 76 410 74 93) or via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service operated by Meta Platforms: if you choose this channel, your number and your messages are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms, outside Switzerland. For a confidential exchange, please use e-mail or the telephone.

The contact form transmits to Helvyca Ltd liab Co, in the form of an e-mail, the fields you complete (subject, name, organisation, e-mail address, telephone if you provide it, canton, size of the organisation, message), together with the display language of the website, the address of the page from which you write and the date of sending. The e-mail is routed by the host's mail server, in Switzerland. In order to limit automated submissions, a fingerprint of your IP address (hashed, without the address itself) is stored on the server and deleted at the latest 48 hours later.

Hosting and recipients

The website and the associated e-mail service are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, which acts as a processor. Apart from this framework and the WhatsApp channel described above should you choose it, no data is transmitted to third parties, subject to any legal obligation.

Retention period

The hashed fingerprint of your IP address is deleted at the latest 48 hours after it is stored. The server's technical logs are retained by the host for as long as is necessary for the security and proper operation of the service, in accordance with its own retention policy. Exchanges relating to a request for a demonstration or to the compliance file are retained for three years after the last contact, then deleted. If a contractual relationship is established, the documents pertaining to it follow the periods agreed in the contract and the statutory time limits applicable to business records.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data (Art. 25 FADP), its rectification (Art. 32 FADP), its erasure, object to its processing, and request that it be handed over or transferred to a third party in a common electronic format (Art. 28 FADP). Write to admin@helvyca.ch: we reply within thirty days. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), the supervisory authority in Switzerland.

Security

Exchanges with this website are encrypted in transit. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against any unauthorised access.

Amendments

This declaration may be adapted at any time. The version published on this page is the authoritative one.
