Does Helvyca replace our current practice software?
Yes, for the patient record, calendar, documents and TARDOC billing. Migration of your existing data is assessed at scoping, and your current system remains the reference until the switch.
Do we need a server in the practice?
No. Helvyca opens in a browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. Hosting, backups, updates and support are included in a subscription based on the size of the practice.
Is TARDOC billing included?
Yes. It is built into the record: the duration suggests the positions, cumulation rules are checked as you type, and the validated invoice is immutable, as an archivable PDF with QR payment slip.
Is our data in Switzerland?
Exclusively, in ISO 27001 certified data centres. Clinical notes are encrypted in the database. Voice dictation is processed in Switzerland and the audio is never stored.
How long does it take to get started?
On-site scoping, training to match, then go-live. The pace follows that of the practice, and your current system remains the reference until the switch. Migration of existing data can be offered separately, depending on its volume, its format and the migration needed.
