On-site scoping, a pilot on one site with training to match, then a gradual extension to the whole institution. The duration and scope of the pilot are set to suit your needs. Is Helvyca suitable for an institution without an IT department?
Yes. The service opens in a browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install, no server to buy. Hosting, backups, updates and support are included in the subscription.
How do you handle several sites or several organisations?
Each site works within its own perimeter, management sees the whole picture. Several organisations can share the same platform without ever sharing their data, down to the audit log.
What happens when a person moves to another site?
The transfer takes the whole record with it: identity, allergies, treatments, history and documents. The receiving team has access as soon as the transfer is validated, and every handover is logged.
Can relief staff and night teams use it without lengthy training?
Initial training fits into half a day. A new staff member is set up in minutes, with the rights of their site and role, and works in their own language.
Where is the data hosted and who has access to it?
Exclusively in Switzerland, in ISO 27001 certified data centres. Every access is logged, and clinical notes are encrypted in the database.
Can an external doctor work in the record?
Yes, with a partner physician role limited to the people they follow, and built-in TARDOC billing for their consultations.
